• Markon First Crop (MFC) Premium Green Leaf, Iceberg, and Romaine are sporadic due to low weights; Markon Best Available (MBA) is being substituted as needed
• The harvesting transition to the Salinas and Santa Maria Valleys is nearly complete
  • Huron production will end this week
  • A limited amount of iceberg will remain in Oxnard through May
• Quality is strong; growth cracking, inconsistent density and sizing, and insect pressure are present in some lots
• Supply availability will continue to vary from week to week as growers navigate delayed and/or missed plantings due to excessive rains
• Overall industry supplies continue to trend higher, driving markets lower
• Demand is strong for the Mother’s Day; markets are expected to decline further post-holiday
