- California’s San Joaquin Valley has steady production however less acreage planted than last year
- Gilroy/Hollister region has started with light volume
- Tennessee production had a slow start due to soil conditions (from 2024 floods) and intermittent rain affecting harvest schedules
- Alabama has lower production due to some growers affected by spotted leaf virus
- Michigan has light supply this week due to Canadian wildfire smoke affecting yields and ripening
- Mexico’s Baja region has steady summer volume and good quality
- Central Mexico has wide range of quality from Jalisco, San Luis Potosi, and Torreon regions
- Expect higher prices over the next two weeks due to East supply constraints
Romas
- California’s San Joaquin Valley has seen good growing conditions however experiencing high East Coast demand
- East Coast supplies are lighter due to same factors as round tomatoes
- Michigan has steady light volume due to less sunlight
- Central Mexico volume is light/steady; quality is average
- Baja growers are shipping limited quantities
- Expect higher prices over the next two weeks

- Overall supply levels lighter this week
- Virginia has lower yields
- Michigan has started with light volume
- The Baja Peninsula and Central Mexico has steady volume with increased demand
- Expect slightly higher prices over the next week
