Prices are easing; supplies are ramping up in all regions.

Oxnard, California

  • Mild, dry weather is forecast for the next 10 days
  • Spring crop production continues to increase weekly
  • Berry size is large (12-14 per 1-pound clamshell)
  • Quality is excellent

Santa Maria, California

  • Spring harvesting has begun in a limited manner; production will pick up weekly
  • Weather forecasts call for mild, dry conditions into early Febuary
  • Early season fruit is large (10-12 per 1-pound clamshell)
  • Quality is very good

Central Mexico (Loading in South Texas)

  • Production is steady and will continue increasing into February
  • Quality is good
  • Pack counts range from 17 to 21 berries
  • Quality is very good

Florida

  • Production continues to steadily increase
  • Light rain is forecast for Tuesday, January 25 and Thursday, January 27
  • Size ranges from 16-20 berries per pack
  • Quality is strong
