West Coast
- Supplies are on the rise in Santa Maria and will continue to increase over the next several weeks
- New crop production has begun in California’s San Joaquin Valley
- Quality is very good
- Yellow squash markets are slightly higher due to fewer plantings, but overall prices are low for both varieties
East Coast
- Production is increasing in North Carolina; quality is good
- Recent heat followed by rainfall will result in mixed quality and reduced shelf-life in New Jersey
- Expect steady prices over the next few weeks
Midwest
- Supplies remain sufficient; zucchini stocks are more abundant
- Quality is very good
- Expecting steady markets
