  • The Baja peninsula is expected to start early June
• Georgia’s heavy rain last week limited availability and reduced overall quality; expect improved supplies next week
• North Carolina is expected to start June 3
• The California dessert has started in a limited manner; quality is good
• The Santa Maria coastal region growers will start their season this weekend, initial volume will be minimal
• Expect higher prices over the next two weeks until the new domestic regions on both coasts boost their production
