Washington
- New crop onion harvests will finish by the middle of next week
- Lots have exhibited high yields and great quality for the upcoming storage season
- Prices are steady
Idaho/Oregon
- Fresh-run harvests are expected to finish late next week
- Yields are down approximately 20% from last year, but overall supplies are ample
- Although demand is up for export jumbo yellow and white into Mexico, markets are stable
Utah
- Harvesting is wrapping up for the upcoming storage season
- Overall yields are normal; quality is great across the board
- Prices are level
Colorado
- Harvests will finish this weekend
- Red and yellow quality is good; white quality is excellent
- Yields are average
- The size profile is leaning to jumbo and medium sizes
- Markets are stable
