Northwest onion and potato suppliers are operating on limited hours around the Thanksgiving holiday.
- All potato and onions suppliers will be closed on Thanksgiving, November 24
- Suppliers will run on abbreviated packing and loading schedules on Wednesday, November 23 and Friday, November 25
- Saturday, November 26 will also be a short loading day; no production will take place on Saturday
- Monday, November 28 will be a slow loading day as suppliers are limiting production this week and not producing over the weekend
- Carriers are advised to call packing sheds in advance for product availability and loading appointments
