• Markets remain elevated
• New crop harvesting continues to be delayed due to previous heavy rainfall in some growing regions
  • Suppliers have opted to lay out on harvest days to allow for/avoid:
    • Crops to size up
    • Poor harvesting conditions after heavy rains
    • Cutting ahead of schedule to compensate for low yields
• Quality ranges from fair to below average; mechanical damage, small bulbs, and fragile stocks have been reported
• A new cold snap is set to hit the CA/AZ desert this week, which could continue to hamper supplies for 7-10 days
• Expect more plentiful supplies as we enter February and crops enjoy drier weather
