Growers have begun to wrap up harvesting in select fields in Yuma, Arizona.

• The shift to the Salinas and Santa Maria Valleys begins the week of April 3 and will continue through April 21
• Suppliers will be monitoring weekly averages through this time to extend already limited supplies
• Strong demand will keep markets high until early May when production ramps up in West Coast regions
