• Supplies are ramping up in Salinas, California; Santa Maria stocks are supplementing in a small way at slightly sharper pricing
• Some suppliers are utilizing both harvest machines and manual labor to increase yields
• Quality is fairly good; some puffy texture and seeder are present, but the size profile is larger
• The domestic seasons in the Salinas Valley, Castroville, Santa Maria, and Oxnard will run through the fall
• Strong demand has recently kept markets elevated, but prices are expected to ease as more supplies enter the market
