• South Texas broccoli is expected to be $7.00 to $8.00 cheaper than the stocks from the West Coast

Cauliflower

• Markon Essentials Cauliflower is available
• Recent warm weather in the Arizona and California desert regions has increased yields
• Expect good quality with great color and ideal size
• Markets are forecast to decline for the next 7 to 10 days
