• Expect volatile markets through the spring; multiple growing regions will be in play
• Mexico product, loading in South Texas, continues to demonstrate a large price spread from West Coast markets
• Santa Maria, California experienced heavy flooding that delayed many fields from being planted or stunted growth of first crop stocks
