Lettuce ice formed across the Arizona and California desert growing region this morning with temperatures dipping into the low to mid-30°s. Two to three hour harvesting delays are being reported, loading delays are to be expected. Forecast calls for more winds Tuesday, February 28 and chance of rain Wednesday, February 29.
