Hand-held and packed with healthy fruits, these Ricotta-spread bites work well in many sections of the menu: breakfast, bar snack, appetizer…even dessert!
4 slices brown bread (house- or bakery-made)
1/2 C Ricotta cheese
1 golden dragon fruit, sliced
1 C papaya, peeled and chopped
2 passion fruits
4 tsp. honey
Edible flowers to garnish
Spread each slice of bread with two tablespoons of ricotta cheese. Top with slices of dragon fruit and chopped papaya. Drizzle with passion fruit and honey; top with edible flowers.
