Combine two of the most beloved fruit flavors for this intensely sweet passion fruit-mangosteen sorbet; garnish with passion fruit pulp.
2 cups passion fruit juice
1/2 cup mangosteen juice
1/2 cup Ready-Set-Serve Lime Juice
1 cup sugar
Passion fruit pulp
Simmer juices and sugar until mixture begins to thicken. Cool and place mixture in an ice cream maker. When thick and nearly solid, store in an airtight container; freeze.
Serve scoops with passion fruit pulp on top.
