Receiving Inspecting:

Fresh currants should be plump and firm. Avoid any broken fruit or leaking packages. Choose currants without hulls.

Storage Handling:

  • 85-95% relative humidity
Shelf-Life:
7 to 14 days.
Usage Ideas:
