Lime prices are declining; shipments from Mexico into the U.S. are increasing. Large lime supplies remain limited (110-, 150-, and 175-count fruit), but smaller sizes (200-, 230-, and 250-count limes) are sufficient.

  • Recent rain in the primary growing region of Veracruz, Mexico has increased overall stocks
  • Large sizes are expected to increase as Mexico gets more rain in the coming weeks
  • Overall quality is good
  • Expect prices to continue easing through September, pending any significant storms in Veracruz, Mexico
