Born in Tucson Arizona, Chef Angel Morales held several jobs in the food industry before diving into culinary school at the Cordon Bleu Scottsdale. By the time Chef Angel was 23, he had already opened his first restaurant in the Tucson area. Prior to his personal restaurant venture, his career was sparked by respected chefs like Cary Neff, Albert Hall, and Carlotta Flores—he even worked for world-renown French Chef Daniel Boulud at the Wynn Resort Las Vegas. The most influential chef in Angel’s life was his grandfather, Chef Augustine Rozadilla, who paved the way for him to work in the industry.
When Chef Angel discovered he had a passion for the consulting side of the business, he joined Shamrock Foods in his current position as Corporate Chef. Chef Angel’s dedication and appetite for helping others is apparent—he’s always looking to utilize his education, expertise, and achievements to provide a positive change for his customers or whomever seeks guidance.
